If you like a good before & after, a little behind-the-scenes chaos, and the suspense of wondering whether our latest idea is brilliant or completely ridiculous… you’re going to want to stick around. 😂

Because Red Raven is officially coming to Chatham IL! ❤️

We’ve got our new space and let’s just say… she needs some work. 😂

She’s got a black ceiling. Some interesting color choices. A few things that have clearly been living their best life since approximately 1997. And absolutely no idea what we’re about to do to her. 😂

But with a lot of coffee, a little bit of magic, and a concerning amount of “ehhh, we can figure that out”… we’re turning her into Red Raven.

And instead of disappearing for a few weeks and coming back with a perfectly polished AFTER photo like none of this ever happened…

you’re getting the whole show. 😂

The Ugly: The behind-the-scenes chaos.

The Bad: The “well, that didn’t work” moments.

The Good: The sneak peeks, the little victories, and watching this place slowly become ours. ❤️

And yes, we’re putting you to work.

Because we have a LOT of decisions to make and apparently we’ve decided Facebook gets a seat at the table. 😂

Something new is brewing at Red Raven… 🧙‍♀️🧼

Novelty soaps are coming! We’re starting with oversized pumpkins scented in Pumpkin Vanilla Marshmallow, followed by witch’s hats and broom sets for Halloween.

They’ll be cute, functional, and perfect for fall gift baskets, guest bathrooms, or a little seasonal treat for yourself.

Who wants to see the finished pumpkins? 🎃

Okayyyy, y’all are making your fall favorites VERY clear already. 😂🍎🎃

The Caramel Apple candles are flying off the shelves, and Pumpkin Cheesecake is right there giving them a run for their money. 👀

Apparently the calendar says August, but everyone’s noses have officially decided it’s fall. 😂🍂

I can’t even argue with it — caramel apples, pumpkin cheesecake, cozy fall scents… this is the good stuff.

🚨 An investigation is currently underway at Red Raven Candle Co. 🚨

What began as a perfectly reasonable plan to make a few fall candles appears to have escalated sometime around the first pumpkin.

From there, the timeline gets a little difficult to follow.

Pumpkin led to apple. Apple led to cobbler. Cobbler somehow brought waffles into the situation. Bourbon became involved. Cheesecake showed up uninvited. Before anyone could regain control, there were tiny pumpkins, fruit, crumbles, whipped wax and enough fall fragrance to make the entire building believe it was October.

We’ve interviewed everyone involved.

Nobody remembers approving this many candles.

Nobody is willing to accept responsibility.

Several people have suggested making another one.

At this time, we believe the incident was caused by a dangerous combination of seasonal enthusiasm, unrestricted access to fragrance oil and the complete absence of anyone willing to say, “Colleen, that’s enough.”

The investigation remains open, but the evidence is officially available for purchase. 🍂
