This Saturday is Paxton's annual Swine & Dine festival.
With that said, we will be open Saturday from 10-6 as usual.
But....... What to expect is you are trying to come to the shop to buy-sell-trade.
The road in front of our shop will be closed all day and night, so there is no parking on the street in front of our shop. In the morning, there will be trailers and smokers set up in the street, unfortunately they pretty much block our store front, smoking their pork for competition. It will look like we are closed because you pretty much can't see our shop, but we will be open starting at 10am. This means that you will have to park somewhere to the north or west of our shop and walk. As far as later in the day, after the trailers are gone, the street will remained closed because of the concert. I was told the sidewalk will be open, but we will see. Again, parking will be an issue and you will have to walk to the shop.
I was debating on closing for the day but decided to be open our regular Saturday hours. Hopefully you all can find your way in Saturday and stop on in. You can also check out what the Swine & Dine festival has to offer. Thanks
