One project. Multiple recipients. Each one made personal.

We recently completed this batch of leatherette flasks for one of our gifting company partners, with each flask individually engraved with the recipient’s last name.

For this project, they chose a mix of dark brown, light brown, and rawhide leatherette, giving the collection a cohesive look while still adding a little variety.

This is one of the things we love about working with gifting companies. Personalization doesn’t have to mean creating an entirely different product for every recipient.

They merchandise in stories.

Instead of:

Case Study: Carmel Highlands, California 🌊🍷

We recently partnered with a retailer in Carmel Highlands to create a collection designed specifically for two connected destinations:

Carmel, California
Big Sur, California

Instead of using one blanket design, we created multiple region-specific engravings across:

• Bottle opener keychains
• Leatherette card & dice sets
• Custom cup sleeves
• W**e boxes with tool sets

Because they’re in w**e country, adding engraved w**e boxes gave them a higher-tier gift option — perfect for visitors, anniversaries, and wedding weekends.

One of my favorite pieces from this project?

The custom “Latte Love – Carmel, California” cup sleeves — produced in both dark brown and rawhide leatherette to add visual variety to the display.

Most of the collection was done in dark brown leatherette for a cohesive, elevated look.

This is what I love about destination retail — creating collections that feel specific to place and reflect the lifestyle of the region.
