When a summer night in the Hamptons turns into a little friendly competition. ✨

A table set for dinner, a favorite game brought to the center, and an evening filled with good food, laughter, and friends. Proof that sometimes the best summer nights are the ones that invite you to stay at the table a little longer.

Game night, but make it Hamptons. 🤍🎲

From concept to ex*****on..

Not just a menu — an experience. ✨

This custom 3D cube menu unfolded into an exploding menu experience, revealing each detail layer by layer for an interactive and unexpected moment at the table. Inside, each panel showcased a different part of the dining experience, while the center featured a playful balloon-dog illustration as the focal point. What began as a structured cube transformed into a sculptural reveal at every place setting.

To make it even more special, each menu was personalized with the guest’s name, creating a thoughtful and memorable experience designed just for them.

Who is Adriana Ciucian?

I am the Founder and Chief Visionary behind Boxed Wedding Invitations and Boxed Experience Official — one of the few fully integrated luxury design, print, fabrication, and production studios in the United States. My appreciation for details started long before I ever designed an invitation.

When I was around eight years old, I had already collected nearly 150 pairs of earrings. Looking back, I realize it wasn't simply about the earrings. I was fascinated by the details—the shapes, textures, finishes, colors, and the tiny differences that made one piece feel completely different from another.

That fascination never left me.

My Eastern European background has deeply influenced the way I see design. I am drawn to timeless elegance, craftsmanship, architecture, and beauty, but I always want to reinterpret them through a modern lens.

I have never been defined by average and limitations.

When I design an invitation, I am fascinated with creating a first impression and what goes into it and how we can deliver more. I don't think of it simply as paper. I think structurally about dimension, proportion, materials, movement, texture, construction, and most importantly—the experience someone has when they receive it.
Can it open differently?
Can it reveal something unexpected?
Can typography become sculptural?
Can an invitation feel more like an object than stationery?

That curiosity has led us to work with acrylic, suede, leather, wood, dimensional florals, sculpted printing, blind embossing, laser-cut elements, mirrored materials, custom boxes and techniques that push traditional stationery far beyond what people expect an invitation to be.

Often, our finished pieces don't look like paper at all.

And that is exactly the point.

For me, luxury isn't about adding more simply for the sake of adding more. It is about intention. The depth of an impression. The weight of a material. The way a box opens. The placement of one unexpected detail. The moment someone holds something we've created and wonders:
“How did they make this?”
Boxed Wedding Invitations was built around that philosophy, and Boxed Experience allows me to take that same approach beyond weddings—into corporate events, galas, branded experiences and experiential design.
The scale of what I create has changed tremendously since that little girl collected 150 pairs of earrings.
The obsession with details hasn't.
And I don't think it ever will.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of being part of extraordinary projects, including Super Bowl LVII, as well as creating for clients and celebrations connected to the NFL and NBA. Our work has also been featured in distinguished national and international publications including Vogue, People Magazine, Cosmopolitan, Brides, The New York Times, and others.

A love story told in the softest way. ✨
This invitation was designed for those who understand that true luxury does not need to shout. From the very first glance, every detail was intentionally created to feel refined, romantic, and timeless.

The exterior features understated blind print—delicate, and quietly elegant—allowing the beauty of the craftsmanship to speak for itself

The oversized calligraphy was designed to flow gracefully across the lid, creating a sense of movement and romance while still feeling clean and sophisticated.
Designed for the couple who believes elegance lives in subtle details and that the most unforgettable statements are often the quietest ones. 🤍

Madison & Daniel’s black-tie wedding was the definition of timeless elegance. 🖤🤍

From the dramatic black-and-white ceremony setting and crystal chandeliers to Madison’s incredible pearl-detailed gown, every element felt intentional, sophisticated, and beautifully cohesive.

Their invitation suite set the tone from the very beginning—custom black folios and envelopes with delicate white orchid artwork, paired with crisp white stationery and their custom monogram. A refined first glimpse into the celebration that awaited their guests.

We love when the stationery becomes part of the entire wedding story, carrying the design, mood, and personality of the celebration from the invitation all the way through the wedding day.

Congratulations, Madison & Daniel. ✨

Inspired by the artistry of Spanish tilework and the fire and movement of flamenco, this evening was designed to feel vibrant, layered and full of soul. ✨🔥

From the custom tile-inspired es**rt cards and bold sun-shaped 3D menus to the sculptural candles, saturated colors and playful tabletop details, every element was intentionally created to tell the same story.

A celebration of color, texture, movement and duende—that indescribable feeling that turns a beautiful setting into an experience.
