Our hearts are with our friends at Good Boy Goodies as they say goodbye to the original Good Boy, Mr. Chubb. 🐾❤️
Chubb was so much more than the inspiration behind Good Boy Goodies. He was family, a best friend, a loyal companion, and the heart behind a business built around the love we share with our dogs.
At The Avenue, we love our four-legged friends, and we know just how big a space they hold in our lives and hearts. We are so grateful to have Good Boy Goodies as part of our community, including their vending machine here on-site, and to know that Chubb’s legacy will continue through everything they do.
Sending so much love to Chubb’s family during this incredibly difficult time.
It is said that the bigger the love, the harder it is to articulate, and this has proven to be true. For three days, I have tried to put into words how I feel, and there is simply no way to accurately articulate the heartbreak I feel.
The LOML on four legs, Mr. Chubb, passed away and my heart is broken into a million pieces. He was the absolute BEST. A family member. My BDFF. Our CTO. My shadow. My comfort. My teacher. And so much more.
I wanted to be the person he thought I was, and i will be that person...I will!
Chubb taught me patience, kindness, and unconditional love. He was the entire inspiration behind Good Boy Goodies and the original "Good Boy" who started it all. Every single thing I build going forward will be a living tribute to him and the love he gave so freely.
Thank you, Chubber Lubber, for letting me be your human for 12 years. It was truly a privilege. You changed my world, and I promise I will finish what we started.
I will try my hardest not to be too sad for too long and instead remember the good times, because man oh man...there were some GOOD TIMES!!!
You were so very loved and you will be missed always and forever! 🐾❤️🐾
