Yesterday, we were thrilled to get a visit from long time flute student of Jeanne Carere’s, Lyla Bingaman. Lyla is going into her Junior Year at UGA as a Biochem Major. Lyla has worked so hard and has been awarded the honor of being one of the esteemed Drum Majors for the UGA Redcoat Marching Band. We can wait to watch you do your thing, Lyla. We are so very proud of you! Go Dawgs! Go Band! And Go Lyla!

We are ecstatic to introduce you to our wonderful new Carere Lessons Studios cello instructor, Lee Holbrook! She is accepting new private lessons students now!

Lee Holbrook is a cellist and cello teacher based in the Atlanta area. Lee holds a Bachelor of Music in Cello Performance from Indiana University. Her teaching experience includes providing private instruction and leading sectionals of middle and high school students. Lee performs as a freelancer in the Atlanta area and with orchestras like the Valdosta Symphony.

Hey Adult Flute Friends!
We are still on for Flauti and Focaccia on Sunday, August 9th at 3:00 p.m. We had such an amazing response to this within the first 24 hours that we are set for players if we keep enrollment right where it is. With that said, we welcome more players. We still have room. My mission in events like these is to encourage and support others in the community. We all share one thing, our love of music. Music, Food and Friends. I can't think of much better than that. If you are interested, please email me @ [email protected]
The idea is to pick a selection from an Italian Composer and bring an Italian Food Favorite to share with others. If you can showcase a piece of Italian Art from the same time period as the Composer, that would also be fun! Go big or Go home I say.
I will cut off sign up dates at the end of the month so we can have a final headcount and get a food plan in place.
I would love to see you there. And if you can't join us this time, don't worry, there will be more. We will be traveling the world. Where in the world should we go next?
