Job Description:
Norcross Supply Company, an established 73-year-old lumberyard is seeking an experienced inside sales person. The ideal candidate will be a team-player, be able to multi-task, organize and prioritize work activities. We are seeking a self-starter with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities of the Position:
Providing customer service to customers via walk-in, telephone or email and assisting customers with any questions on products, pricing, availability, and refunds/exchanges.
Assist in building and maintaining relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service.
Point of contact by supplying advice and information needed on various products, estimates, and delivery scheduling.
Use efficient communication with customers and yard employees when processing orders and ensuring that materials are available and ready for shipment.
Lumber or construction related sales experience will be beneficial. Training will be provided.
