So, I know a lot of people have been asking about custom dice commissions, and I've been mentioning how I was just waiting on my dice molds to be made.

Unfortunately I just found out that the company I commission for my dice molds has suddenly closed down, and I have not heard back from them in a couple of weeks. They also have my dice masters, so without those, I can't even make my own molds.

Until I can figure out how to get my masters back, or if this means that I'm going to have to have new ones made.... unfortunately commissions are on hold for now.

While the literal heavens open up inside your establishment, dripping ancient, unfiltered roof-juice directly onto your floor, you spent valuable time and resources crafting a custom statuette of Her Royal Highness, Princess Donut the Queen Anne Chonk for people to bask in her glory.

Does she look absolutely magnificent? Yes. Goshdarnit, Donut, she really does.

Did you do this while ignoring the literal rain pouring through your leaking ceiling three feet away? Also yes.

Your ceiling might be starting to look like a melting sponge, but hey, at least when it collapses, the debris will look fabulous. Mongo is appalled. The AI is amused.

Ok we should be up and running this weekend! Apologies for some of the mess here, but we are doing what we can to mitigate the leak. And yes, its still leaking. 🫠

Anyways, we trudge on! They will not break me!

Unfortunately, the ceiling leak has won this round. 🙁

We’ve really, REALLY tried to find a way to get this handled and get the shop back open, but at this point, there’s only so much we can do on our end. The repairs needed are ultimately outside of our hands, and despite our best efforts to get things moving, we need to close the store for Wednesday and Thursday (8/19 and 8/20) so they can try and figure out what's going on.

We’re still pushing to get everything resolved and we will reopen Friday, come heck or high water! (And hopefully neither of those, honestly...for the love of everything....)

Thank you all for your patience while we deal with a situation that has been... considerably way more difficult than it should be. I'm so sorry for the inconvenience, and hope to see you guys all again soon.

Unfortunately the leak in the store has gotten worse and has affected the lights by our checkout area and displays. Our play areas should still be fine to use, but we are definitely not running at our best right now. I apologize tremendously, I am just as frustrated by this as yall are.

Due to this, I would feel best canceling todays Pokemon Trade Day, and I am truly sorry for this. Ill try and reschedule.

We ARE open today! Unfortunately, our ceiling has decided to add “indoor raincloud experience” to the ambiance. 🫠 Please excuse the musty smell and pay attention to the caution signs around the leaking area. We’re working on getting it taken care of asap. I promise!

Once again, the building wanted to be part of the chaos too. 😅
