It has been a fun 15 years. I have met a lot of good friends through this venture and have enjoyed getting to meet and serve a lot of people. Like most things that the misinformed, emotional left get involved with, they have ruined it. (I quit teaching the MSF motorcycle classes at NRCC in 2015 because Richmond got involved and ruined it for me.) Richmond has done it again, they suck.

We will NOT be accepting fi***rm transfers after June 20th. I will be reaching out to many of the online dealers that many of you have purchased from and having my business removed as an FFL to send to.

If you have a fi***rm here that still needs to be picked up, please do so by June 30th. If you have something on the way that you have previously contacted me about, we are fine. But please DO NOT transfer anything else to us without checking with us first.

Bulletin from R***r:

R***r has discovered that in some LCP MAX manual safety models, the recess that retains the safety lever detent spring may not be machined properly. When this condition is present, the safety lever detent spring can become dislodged under the recoil of firing. If this happens, the manual safety lever will have no resistance and will not remain in the "safe" position. If present, the condition typically will emerge after firing 50-100 rounds through the pistol and the condition will be readily apparent when attempting normal operation.

Note that if this condition occurs, the other safety mechanisms in your pistol, including the trigger safety, are not affected and will still function properly.

R***r is committed to safety and is warning consumers of the potential for this condition to occur. If you experience the condition described above, please stop using your pistol immediately and arrange for its retrofit by providing your serial number and contact information using the form at R***r.com/LCPMAXRetrofit.

What Pistols Are Potentially Affected?

Only LCP MAX Manual Safety models with a serial number below 383100000 are potentially affected. Other models of the LCP MAX, LCP MAX pistols equipped from the factory with the Magpul Enhanced Handgun Grip ("EHG"), regardless of serial number, and other models of the LCP are not affected.

Abigail Spanberger signed HB 21 into law today. While I do follow all of the required protocol and procedures for a transfer, if you read past all the crap it opens the door for me to be sued simply for selling a fi***rm.

Doxhen Fi****ms will be closing our doors. Please do not send transfers to me without checking first. I will refuse them if you have not checked with me first.

Almost 15 years. It has been a pleasure serving my friends and community and I thank all of you sincerely for your support, but I can't open myself to this ridiculous liability.

I haven't posted anything in a long time. Due to Covid and being an election year I am having a hard time getting much of anything but I have been doing transfers for folks who are still buying online.

It is time to renew my FFL and I struggled with whether or not to do so if the election went the wrong way, and it appears the fiasco that is mail-in voting has all but guaranteed that. I sat down after church tonight and started to fill out the "Not renewing" section of the application form, but as I started to do so, I thought about why I got my FFL to begin with and decided that I am not going to give up helping my friends, family, and other great customers with their 2nd Amendment right.
