📌 Your order is NOT secured until your invoice is paid.

Submitting an order request does not reserve your spot on our production schedule. Your order is officially booked only after payment has been received.

⏰ PAYMENT DEADLINES

✔ Need your order within 7 days?
Invoice must be paid immediately upon receipt.

✔ Need your order within 8–14 days?
Invoice must be paid within 24 hours.

✔ Need your order more than 14 days away?
Invoice must be paid within 48 hours.

🚨 RUSH FEES APPLY

Orders requiring expedited production may incur the following rush fees:

• Apparel Orders: $25
• Party Favor Orders: $35
• Large Event Orders: Starting at $50
