Highlighting black. I am not gonna do much. The back packs and the power fist. I looked in light at the fig and hit the edges capturing the light but less than I thought I needed. Used dark warm grey, which is a pretty dark grey. Next to black it looks light. To make it a little more eye catching I mixed a little Blue Grey pale and put that as a spot highlight on the pieces I already hit with the warm grey. I am doing much less than I should maybe, but these are batch paint rank and file.

Way too much caffeine today. Hands are shacking bad, so decided to try a sponge thing.
This video is what I followed. Not crazy complicated. The sponge usage is very light.
I am trying to get these 5 plus 2, Assault marines on foot done. Trying to evaluate my direction. Kinda need to finish them to be fair about it. Besides batch painting 30 models at a time ends up feeling like I am making no progress.
