A huge thank you goes out to the Pekin Community High School Key Club volunteers!

On Saturday, the volunteers laid cardboard (for a w**d barrier) and moved mulch around one of our raised beds and the adjacent ground planted area as well as helped remove old plant material from another one of our raised beds.

Community support and volunteerism is critical in making a project like ours succeed. Thank you again for all the hard work!
