A NEW WAY TO ORDER FROM KAYA’S KREATIONS! ✨
A little life update + a new chapter for Kaya’s Kreations! 🩷🎨
I’m officially off at college and starting school, which means my schedule looks a LOT different than it did before. Between classes, studying, and everything that comes with college, I’ve been thinking about how I can continue doing what I love while also making sure I don’t put more on my plate than I can manage.
So… Kaya’s Kreations is getting a NEW ordering system! 👀✨
🎨 WEEKLY DESIGN DROPS 🎨
Instead of opening orders for several different designs at once, I’ll now be releasing ONE featured design each week!
Here’s how it will work:
🎨 ONE design each Friday Each Friday, I’ll post a new door hanger design available to order. I will only be able to be home for the weekends so it’s best to SECURE YOUR SPOT ON DROP DAY in order for me to go ahead and cut it out when I’m home over the weekend. If you miss the shut off and there’s still spots left just leave a message and my parents will be able to start on it for me if it’s after the weekend and I’ve already came back to Tifton!
🎟️ STARTING WITH 5 SPOTS✨We’ll start with 5 spots available per design. Once I get comfortable balancing orders with school, I may slowly increase the number of spots available!
🚨 Once the spots are filled, that design is CLOSED!
�So if you see a design you love, make sure you grab your spot before they’re gone!
💰 Payment secures your spot🛍️Your order will not be officially placed until payment has been received.
🖌️ Batch painting!🎨This new system allows me to paint the same design in a batch instead of juggling several completely different orders at once. This will help me stay organized, manage my time, and make the ordering process much more manageable alongside school.
⏰ 7–14 business day turnaround✨Some orders may be finished sooner, but I want to give myself enough time to complete every order with the same care and attention as always!
🚗 DELIVERY FEE
I will also be adding a delivery fee to orders that require delivery.
I’ve found myself driving 30+ minutes away multiple times a week to drop off orders, and with gas prices continuing to rise, I need to make sure I'm covering some of that cost.
I’ll still offer delivery, but there will now be a fee based on the delivery location. Only about $5-$10. Pickup will remain available for those who prefer it! 🤍
This new system is meant to help me continue doing what I LOVE without letting my business become overwhelming while I’m working toward my nursing degree. 🩺📚🎨
Also, if there’s a design you’re wanting or have an idea, you can totally send it to me and I will open it for the week!
I’m so thankful for every single person who has supported Kaya’s Kreations and allowed me to turn something I love into a little business of my own. I’m excited to see where this next chapter takes us! 🥹🩷
