This week’s Heroclix event at Nex-Gen will be a scenario, Breakout at the Raft! It will be at the normal time of 7pm , Wednesday, August 6th. Link to the event listing on the WIN is below, please note however it is having issues and is not required to sign up for the event in order to participate.

Players do not need to build teams for this scenario. At the beginning of the game each player will choose 200-300 points worth of figures of popular Marvel characters supplied by the judge to add to the cooperative player force. Players will use this force to defeat Electro, contain the breakout and search the dungeon for the heroes cornered when the breakout initially occurred.

All players will face off against the enemy force. Details on how turn and action order will be supplied tomorrow evening.

July 2nd: 600 Silver Age. Build a 600 point, Silver Age team.

July 9th: Smash and Destroy OP Booster - Golden Age Sealed. $25 entry fee. Each player will build a 300 point team from one Golden Age 5-figure booster and 3 Golden Age Gravity Feed boosters. Mulligans for any of the boosters will be allowed for an additional cost per booster bought.

For every two players who attend this event we will give away one element from one Chase OP booster. We will not be revealing the contents of the booster until the event is completed. Prizes of the booster will be drafted, with winner of the event getting first choice, fellowship getting 2nd, then remaining picks will be based on standings.

Chase OP booster is expected to contain:
3 figures (including one chase rarity figure)
Set of Dice
Other game elements

May 28th: 400 Modern. Build a 400 point Modern Age team.

June 4th: Green Scar Legacy Card event. Build a 300 point, Modern Age team. Buy one 4-5 figure booster add up to 100 points from it to your team. Prize for this event will be a Green Scar legacy card.

June 11th: No event.

February 5th: Collector’s Trove Chase OP Booster - Golden Age Sealed

February 19th: Collector’s Trove Chase Booster - Constructed Event

$10 entry fee. Build a 400 point team. Players must include at least 200 points of game elements that may only be from the following sets (may be from one of these sets or a mix, you do not need a game element from all 5 of these sets):

Collector’s Trove
Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Calendar
Avengers Fantastic Four Empyre
Black Panther and the Illuminati
Avengers Infinity

After at least 200 points of these sets have been included, the remaining build may consist of any game elements legal in Silver Age (Silver Age restricted list, temporary ban list and ban list will be in effect).

For every 2 players that attend this event, we will give out a game element from one Collector’s Trove OP Chase Booster. Game elements in this kit include 3 figures (including one chase), bystander tokens and dice.

February 26th: Expected date for Spider-Verse prerelease.

March 5th: Expected date for Spider-Verse release event.

Winner of this event will receive the set's OP kit map and OP kit figure. Additional maps will be given out.

Instead of requiring 200 points of Silver Age elements, players must instead include at least 200 points of game elements that may only be from the following sets (may be from one of these sets or a mix, you do not need a game element from all 5 of these sets):

Black Panther and the Illuminati (note: all Infinity Gem equipment from this set will be banned for this event)

October 23rd: Arkham Halloween Scenario. The inmates are causing chaos at Arkham. Guide Batman and his allies through their various tricks to earn treats in a dungeon crawl type scenario. Judge will be providing all figures and maps that will be used in this scenario.

October 30th: Black Panther Release Event. Buy 2 boosters of the new Black Panther set and build a 300 point team from your pulls. Winner will receive OP figure and map from the Black Panther OP kit, additional maps will also be given out.

November 6th: 400 points Silver Age (New Hampshire ROC States Prep)

Black Panther OP Chase booster events will likely be on 11/13 and 11/20, but I am waiting until they are in store to post them.
