🌟 Individual Tickets go on sale **Monday, July 27, 2026, at 9 a.m. (Central).

Your adventure begins with a whimsical Christmas story, holiday carols, and a starlit ride to the North Pole. Upon arrival, Santa, Mrs. Claus, and the elves board the train to visit, take photos, and hear your Christmas wishes. Enjoy a chocolate drink, a tasty treat, and a special keepsake while visiting with the elves. Wear your pajamas for extra festive fun!

The North Pole Express runs on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, from November 13 through December 20.

Choose from three evening departures each event day. Please plan to arrive at least one hour ahead of your departure time. *All Times Central*

- 5:00 PM
- 6:30 PM
- 8:00 PM

🎟️ Ticket Prices:
- Coach (Frisco, Long Island, C&NW-B): $30 (ages 2+)
- Entertainment Coach (C&NW-A): $40 (ages 2+)
- First Class (Silver Maple & Santa Fe): $50 (ages 2+)
- Premium Table Car: $250 per table (up to 4 passengers, ages 5+, no infants under 2)

🌟 Please purchase your tickets within the same train car if you would like your family to be seated in the same car. Purchasing tickets in multiple cars will split your family between different cars.

🌟 Infants under 24 months ride free in Coach/First Class (on an adult’s lap) and can be added at the Calera Depot's Ticket Window the night of your departure.*

🌟 A ticketed wheelchair spot is available for those in wheelchairs with adjacent family seating. Please select this ticket when purchasing.

🌟 For those who may have difficulty boarding our steep steps, assistance boarding by an accessibility lift may be requested when picking up tickets from our ticket agents the night of the event.
