We have two more amazing older single barrel picks available for purchase at the distillery (or for pickup from Cave City)!
The first of these two is a 9-yr Single Barrel Wheated Bourbon picked by our Lead Taster/Blender, Gretchen Wessels. It comes in at a whopping 123.3 Proof. That's a high proof barrel for MB Roland considering our low entry proof! This barrel is the same mash bill as our Barker's Mill Bottled In Bond. This very dark and very viscous bottling is available for $149.95.
The second release is an exceptional 6-yr Single Barrel Rye Wh***ey (almost 7 yrs, but who's counting?). This barrel was picked by our longest-tenured tour guide, Ed Grimes. This barrel starts to really get into that older juice taste for our rye, with some additional root b**r notes (mint, wintergreen, etc) and plenty of oak! This wh***ey comes in at 105.4 Proof and sips well below it! You can grab a bottle at the distillery for $74.95.
We have just a few more bottles of our FIRST EVER 11-yr-old Bourbon, Wheated Bourbon Finished In A Dark Fired Barrel, and Single Barrel Dark Fired Bourbon (6-yr). All of these bottles are going fast, please reach out if you'd like to get one or more of these exceptional offerings.
Unfortunately, because of the very limited nature of these bottlings, we are unable to ship any of these. However, we are more than happy to allow you to purchase remotely and pick up your bottle(s) from the distillery in Pembroke or at Cave Du Bourbon, our tasting room in Cave City, KY.
