I am currently looking for vendors for a crafting and vendor show that I am hosting on November 17th in Pennington, NJ. I have 6 acres of private land to host this event on and I am looking to fill as much space as possible. I believe I can fit up to 150 vendors, but obviously on such short notice don’t expect that many. This is a free event for vendors to sell their products at.
I am looking for a face painter and clown or balloon artists to volunteer their time for the day. Vendors I will be asking you to please donate $3 so that we can pay the face painter and entertainment for the kids for the day as thank you. If you need electricity there will be a nominal fee of $7 You can choose whatever size space you need to set up and set up can begin as early as 6 AM. Start time of the event is going to be advertised for 8:30 AM. End time will be about 4pm. This is going to be a very heavily advertised event I will be paying for. The advertisements will be on social media and throughout Pennington,Hopewell and Hamilton Township’s as well as Princeton and Lambertville and even New Hope PA. I am asking that all vendors please share it on their page and have their friends share it as well. I will be creating an event page so please invite people to attend on the event page on Facebook as well. There is no fee for you to come and sell at this event however, I am asking for each vendor to raffle off 1 item with a retail value between $30 and $50 and for the proceeds from that raffle to be donated to my company so that I can continue with the core value work of my company and make charitable donations so that people who suffer from chronic invisible illnesses such as lupus,fibromyalgia,rheumatoid arthritis etc. can receive the medicine that they can not afford to pay for absolutely free of cost. My recommendation for raffle tickets is they should be sold as 3 for $1, but that is just a guideline.
The past two years have kept me away from my business because of an extremely difficult divorce and custody battle, but I’m now refocused on placing all efforts back into my business once again! I’m hoping that we can make this a monthly event and once the weather gets warmer we can even host QuarterManias monthly as well so there will be two monthly events to attend! With this one having such short notice I’m being optimistic with a good turnout largely based on the amount of social media advertising that will be done. The more everyone shares this event the more successful it will be!
*If you have furniture that you would like to sell I am having an outdoor only estate sale this time and if it’s a hit I will continue to do that as well but it must all be decent quality furniture, not flee market type stuff.
