I’m not one to typically bash another business because I know running your own company is hard..but this needs to be done.

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT use Berrys Well Drilling and Pump Repair out of Fort Walton Beach for any services. These people are incompetent and they are thrives!!

They do not know how to get the job done in any form. My husband hired the to install a pump for our house. The first time they came out they did not install the pump deep enough and then come to find out they did not install the correct pump. They did offer to come out and fix the problem for an additional cost, we agreed, however when they came out they installed the pump but never wired it to work. My husband had to wire the pump himself and then buy all new sod, costing us thousands of dollars. All thw while we have been in touch with them telling them they need to give us a discount for their lack of work. But today is the kicker. They came into our property and were in the process of stealing the pump out of the ground!
