We are attempting to pull back trips scheduled later in the week because of the storm a brewing. We were able to plug one in this afternoon, and Panhandle Salt guide Jimmy kept these young anglers busy. Thats number two for him today.

Full load of hitting the shop later this week in all sizes. We are going to need them.

That’s a wrap! Our new friend here snatched up the last two Gulf Series 11 foots today. There might be one or two left at YeYellowfin Ocean Sportsbut after that we are sitting on our hands until December.

It’s going to take a little finagling, but we’re committed to getting these trips out this week.

Our clients this morning were great about letting us push things back a few hours so we could dodge the weather. With Fall Break here, the calendar is covered in blue ink this week, so we’ll be watching conditions closely and adjusting when needed.

Surprisingly, the water did not look bad this morning. We had some breakers hitting hard right along the shoreline, but that was about it. Water clarity was decent, and as of now, there is no grass on the beach.

We’ll move into neap tides later this week with a new moon on Saturday, so conditions should be interesting to watch as the week develops.

We’ll keep working around the weather and getting people on the sand whenever conditions allow.

Also, a new video drops later today covering what’s new in the shop and what to expect over the coming month.

This month’s blog covers what to expect as we move deeper into fall, along with tips on preparation, tackle, productive areas to look for, and information surrounding the upcoming pompano run.

I also included a little insight into what we are working on for the first-place prize at the Panhandle Salt Pompano Showdown.

We have a big month coming up, and now is the time to get ready.

We’ve been doing a lot of ordering around the shop to get ready for fall and tournament season.

I still need to get the new Assassin Amia Ultra loaded onto the website, but other than that, everything that has arrived is ready for purchase.

Y’all have been wearing out the inventory over the past week, and we appreciate it.

The remaining orders should be here by next week, so the shop will be fully stocked and ready to roll into the fall run and tournament season.

Our good friend and customer Robert rolled off the lot with a brand-new ride this afternoon.

This was the last G.O.A.T. Cart we had in stock, although our supplier says he has one more at the house that he plans to drop off this weekend.

A purchase like this takes some thought. We knew from the beginning that a fully loaded beach cart was not going to be a $10 impulse buy. People are going to look at it, think about how much they fish, and decide whether the investment makes sense for them.

Robert has had his eye on this one for a few weeks and finally decided it was time to make life on the sand a whole lot easier.

We were also able to collaborate with Surf Fishing Solutions on the purchase and get Robert set up with a hitch-mounted carrier for his truck that fits the cart.

A couple of small businesses in the same arena working together, not against each other, to get a customer exactly what he needed.

Congratulations on the new ride, buddy. I know you’re going to enjoy it.
