This booklet is a great help for any preacher! J. C. Ryle aimed to reach his hearers with clear, simple, and pointed sermons. Simplicity in Preaching is his plea to other preachers to follow his example. Since every faithful servant of Christ seeks to honor his Savior and do the most good he can, plain gospel truth must govern our message and beautiful simplicity should determine our style.
