It is still so hot here that eating outside isn't an option during the day. I can't wait for cooler temperatures so we can roast hot dogs and marshmallows at our fire pit and enjoy eating on our deck. Is the weather favorable where you live so that you can enjoy some fresh air and a bite to eat outside?

Chemical Cleaning Vs. Mechanical Cleaning – What does that mean?

Question: How can we clean properly without using harsh and toxic chemicals?
Answer: Let’s compare cleaning to w**ding your garden. There are two ways you can tackle the problem -chemically and mechanically. When you use chemicals, you kill the w**ds and then you have dead w**ds and chemicals in your garden. When you do it mechanically, you pull the w**d out of the garden entirely.

Norwex does not claim to kill bacteria. THIS IS KEY. We don’t have to kill bacteria because our world-leading microfiber is guaranteed to be at least 1/200th the width of a human hair, making it extremely dense and capable of MECHANICALLY REMOVING UP TO 99% OF BACTERIA FROM A SURFACE.

Spray cleaners and disinfecting wipes use chemicals to kill *some* bacteria (and only if used according to directions, which you’ve likely never followed) but then leave dead bacteria and a lot of chemicals on your surface. Norwex microfiber actually REMOVES the bacteria and then we rinse it down the drain. BONUS - our cloths are embedded with micro silver, which is a hostile environment to bacteria and does not allow it to survive as the cloth hangs to dry.

So, would you rather have dead bacteria and chemicals all over your home? Or should we just start removing them entirely? I bet I know which sounds like the better option.

We have a paper towel epidemic in our country!! It's amazing! Not only are they expensive, they fill our landfills and kill trees.

Let's solve that problem! Our Kitchen Cloths and Towels are PAPER TOWEL REPLACERS too... absorbs 7x its weight in liquid!!!!! Counter Cloths are my go-to kitchen helper. I hardly ever use paper towels!!

We stopped regularly using paper napkins several months ago and now use counter cloths instead. I rinse them in hot water after dinner and then re-use them the next day. I wash them in the washing machine a couple times a week. And if I forget to wash them, and we need to use disposable napkins, the kids will ask where their Norwex napkins are.
