We want to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude for your continued support of Lady J’s Boutique Bazaar. Your trust in our small business means the world to us & we are always striving to provide you with the best service & unique finds.
After much thought & consideration, we have made the difficult decision to NO LONGER accept returns UNLESS an item is TRULY somehow not as described in its listing. Unfortunately, in the past week, we have experienced an increasing number of transactions that appeared to be dishonest, putting our small business at risk. (Look up eBay buyer scams 2025 — we’ve been a victim as well.) Unlike large retailers, we do NOT have the resources to absorb repeated losses or false claims, which can also affect our hard-earned reputation.
Please know that we do our very best to include as much DETAILED INFORMATION AS POSSIBLE about our items when listing & take GREAT care in packaging EACH & EVERY ORDER, ensuring that your items are VERY WELL PROTECTED for their journey to you. Our goal is always to provide a smooth and delightful shopping experience & we truly hope this policy change does not deter you from continuing to shop with us.
This was NOT an easy decision, but it is one we MUST make at this time to protect the integrity & longevity of Lady J’s Boutique Bazaar. We appreciate your understanding & unwavering support more than we can express.
