Nightflower will be there!! You can find us set up inside the storefront 🖤

TONIGHT!!! 5pm - 9pm. Outside TAVERN on Prospect at Junction City! Large outdoor patio with tables and chairs and umbrellas; live band 5:30 - 8:30pm; 2 food trucks (Burgers in the Valley and Brick & Ember Pizza); Cake pops; 35 authors and vendors; The Spice Rack Romance Booktique Mobile Trailer; Specialty drinks; and more!

If you get hot, you can sit inside TAVERN on Prospect or shop our vendors that are inside a storefront next to the patio that we rented for the night!

Bring a camp chair if you want to have your own seat to listen to the band or take your chances on finding room at the patio tables! We are going to have so much fun celebrating our FREADOM to READ!!! Say what you will about Illinois, but we don't ban books here in our state and that is definitely something to celebrate!!!

See you tonight! - Peace, Love, & Books, Stacy

Not gonna lie, we tried to vlog this day but we were struggling, energy was low, and we were not really finding plates. This is all that remains of the final edit of the vlog, but we think it’s a perfect summary of the day.

Coming soon - vintage illustration collages! These collages are thoughtfully arranged into detailed and unique compositions and evoke a sense of whimsy and contemplation. High quality 8x10 prints will be debuting in person at our next vendor show at the PSH Bazaar and Dark Faire in Bartonville on May 2-3, 11am-5pm! If you can’t make it to that show, stayed tuned for our upcoming 2026 shows.
