Next Sunday: February 1st Kickstart Your Health – Class 5
We’re heading into Class 5 of the Kickstart Your Health series, and this next session is all about recognizing progress, building confidence, and strengthening consistency.
This is a live virtual class via Zoom, and you can choose to cook along with me or simply watch and learn from home, whatever fits your comfort level.
Each class is $10, and while classes are scheduled for 2 hours, we find that virtual sessions typically run between 1 and 1½ hours, leaving plenty of time for learning, discussion, and practical takeaways without feeling overwhelming.
Class Overview – Week Five
🌱 Refreshing Mint Smoothie
A light, hydrating smoothie with mint, cucumber, and mango—great for digestion, hydration, and clean energy.
🌱 Curried Tomato Lentil Stew
A comforting, fiber- and protein-rich dish using lentils that support heart health and stable blood sugar.
🌱 Brown Basmati Rice
A fragrant whole grain rich in complex carbohydrates and essential minerals, enhanced with toasted spices and no added fats.
