The customer contacted us because their dryer was not working properly. We troubleshot the electrical circuit and found a burned bus bar and circuit breaker. We installed a new 30-amp, double-pole circuit breaker on an undamaged section of the bus bar and relocated two 15-amp breakers to provide the necessary space.

The customer contacted us to replace eight dimmable LED bulbs in their kitchen. We removed the existing bulbs and installed the customer-supplied replacements, ensuring each one was secure and working properly. The customer was very happy to have a significant increase in lighting.

We were contacted to investigate flickering lights. We found a burned connection at the circuit breaker, trimmed and cleaned the wire, applied an antioxidant compound, and installed a tandem breaker. We also found two damaged ground-fault circuit interrupter outlets. We replaced them and updated the outlet connections using aluminum-rated wire connectors for a safer, more reliable electrical system.

The customer contacted us because their dryer was not working properly. We inspected the system and found that the home had a load controller affecting the dryer. After disconnecting the controller, we discovered a loose connection at the dryer circuit breaker. We replaced the breaker and restored a secure electrical connection.

We were contacted because the breaker controlling the foyer, hall bathroom, kitchen lighting, back porch lights, and ceiling fan kept tripping. We inspected and tested the affected circuits and traced the issue to the back porch ceiling fan light kit. After replacing the faulty light bulb, the breaker remained on and all connected lighting operated properly.
