The customers reached out to us due to issues with the open ground to their Arizona room light and wall outlets. Upon inspection, we discovered an old wall light box hidden behind the drywall which seemed to be the root cause of the problem. To rectify the situation, we installed a new wall light box and repaired all connections, ensuring that they were secure and functioned properly. We took great care to deliver the best service and products to resolve their electrical issues. With the issue rectified, the customers can now use their lights and outlets without any worries.
