And this is how it begins. A blank canvas. I love this size for narrow walls or sitting on a shelf. What should it be?

House to myself on a Friday night, movie on, soup warming, and a little painting. Great way to end a busy week! (Don’t mind the table, us creatives get messy from time to time lol). What do you do to relax?

Here are my painted leaves all hung up and festive. If you missed how I painted these on a roll of craft paper, check out my video from last Sunday. Super easy and fun and pretty cheap! I mis-counted I need to make one more leaf…oh darn lol

I had one painter who asked to come back and finish her Pumpkin Topiary due to having to leave early for a commitment, so tonight she was able to come back and complete her beautiful painting. I think the w**e colored pumpkin is stunning and set the rich tone for the entire painting. It’s hard to see in the photo, but she also had a very dark purple mixed in with her black background. Thanks for coming back to finish, Melanie. Well done!

A fun and easy family friendly fall craft project using minimal supplies

Hey, it’s that time of year for creatives to do there thing to help us get some of our Christmas shopping done and for us to support local businesses. I personally have one of these Grinch snuggies and I love it. So much I keep it on my shelf in my craft room all year! They are so soft and can be made with embroidered eyes or safety eyes (see below). She is taking orders, so get ahold of my favorite crochet artist to order yours today!!!!

I know it seems far away, but Christmas will be here before you know it! Some of my favorite loveys to crochet are these Grinch loveys—look at their grumpy little faces! 💚😂

Each one is handmade with super soft, baby blanket yarn, and they’re about 12 inches long. The one on the left is an example of one made with embroidered eyes, and the one on the right is made with plastic safety eyes (plastic safety eyes are not recommended for children under 3).

I’m going to do something a bit different for this crochet project and offer PRE-ORDERS! If you would like to purchase one, they will be $25 each. If you’d like to pre-order it to make sure you get one and choose the style of eyes, you’d just pay $10 when you order, and the rest when it’s picked up. If you’d like to pre-order, comment or send me a message! 😊
