Here’s how shopping with Southern Home Outlet works on our page & Southern Home Outlet Insiders group.

🛍 Shop all week long
We post new finds from 50+ vendors throughout the week. Simply comment SOLD on the items you would like to claim. If it’s still available, we will pull it for you. You’ll know it’s been pulled for you when you see “got it” from us or a vendor.

📦 Open box shopping
Your items are pulled and safely held in your box while you continue shopping all week long.

🧾 One invoice per week
To keep things simple (and avoid multiple invoices), we send one combined invoice each week for everything you claimed. Locals will pick up over the weekend. If they can’t make it in, they’ll be invoiced by the following Tuesday. Shipping customers are invoiced every Friday & Saturday for claimed items only. Estimated shipping fees are included in the invoice for your entire order each week. To support open box shopping with 50+ vendors, invoices must be paid within 24 hours of receipt. Thank you for understanding!

📦Shipping fees are sent separately once the first invoice is paid. Current process times are 15-25 business days if you’re not a member of one of our shipping clubs. (You can opt in anytime by messaging us for more info!)

💳 Why registration is required
Because we offer open boxes, weekly invoicing, and nationwide shipping with many vendors, we require all shoppers to register once and have a card on file.
👉 This helps us run smoothly, pull items promptly, and continue offering this shopping experience.

⭐ Optional Subscription Perk
A subscription is not required to shop, but it does include perks like priority pulling when multiple claims happen at the same time and early access to select drops. You can subscribe by clicking “subscribe” on our main page at the top.
