This is my other passion. It comes from music, it comes from yoga, it comes from where and how I live. Please know that if you are nervous to dance with others this can also be a sitting meditation. We are mountains.

Music is moving. It takes us places we contain but may not have explored. We understand and feel things delivered by rhythm, melody and tone just by listening.
Join me in dancing through the chakras. I gather music in a monthly cycle to represent the the locations, qualities, colors, elements of each chakra to help us access our highest selves, open to healing, expanding and enjoying our very rich lives. Each session is one hour. $10. Bring a yoga mat if you have one. This Month is the Mountains.
Eastern Body Western Mind, a book by Anodea Judith is my reference book. "Psychology and the Chakra System as a Path to the Self.
