Now that I am a full time caregiver for my Mom, I’m at home a lot more than I’ve ever been in my life.

The last 7 months have been absolutely the hardest, most humbling, scary, exhausting, challenging, overwhelming, time in my life.

As I turn 50, in TWENTY DAYS, I am sitting with a new reality and what that looks like. I’ve decided to take this new chapter like taking a bull by the horns and really dive in deep to what brings me peace, joy, fulfillment and purpose.

I’ve decided to use this obstacle of being more home bound then I’ve ever been as a way to focus on the creativity and my artwork that I put on the back burner over the last 5 years, while nurturing Flora Bae Home and being an ever present business owner and face of Flora Bae Home.

I’m so lucky that I’ve built a brand and small business that continues to bring people in week after week, month after month, year after year and my team that I have in the shop this year has made this transition seamless! I’m also lucky I get to spend so much time with my Mom. Although there are many challenges in this new reality, I’m really trying to focus on the positives. There is enough negative in this world.

YOU WILL STILL SEE ME, usually Wednesdays, Fridays + Saturdays, with limited hours and my team will be there to continue making everyone’s experience at Flora Bae Home beautiful!
