We’re back!

A special TIF district has been designated in Jefferson County and construction will soon begin on a gondola ferry system and a commercial riverwalk shopping district that will run the length of Glaize Creek from Old 67 in Barnhart to its terminus at the Mississippi River.

The estimated completion date is Summer 2023 and the businesses listed below will be relocating from their existing locations to new ones within the Joachim Riverwalk.

We’d like to thank our commercial business partners on their commitment to this project and announce the first tennants that have agreed to lease space on the Joachim Riverwalk:
