In such a cold cold world...filled with war, uncertainty and the slow release of pedafile Epstein files, I am just thankful. Inspite of everything horrible happening in this world, making us feel heavy, I am beyond grateful and thankful for the life God allows me to live every day. Every day I get another shot at this thing called life, to be better and to do more. I am just thankful because EVERYTHING could be so much worst!!!

For the last 3 years I have declined participating in a Fitness challenge at work! I work with amazing people that happen to be very physically fit. Twice this company has motivated me to get healthy. This year I was determined to participate and yesterday at Orange Theory I did just that!!!!! I competed and we won. I support both the Multifamily and the IOS divisions in my role, but last night Multifamily took home the win!!! Those side lunges have a sista messed up today, but back on the elliptical I go. We ended the night with Happy Hour for bites and cocktails per usual!!! Great time and I am super proud of myself! They ran and I walked very quickly to an incline but I was THERE and no longer intimidated!!! God always helps me WIN!!! 💙💙
