I just received a package from my good friend Anthony Merenda of Asylum Sauces in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and I can't wait to dive into this one!
This is Asylum Bacon Chipotle Mustard Hot Sauce, Anthony's very first hot sauce, created in collaboration with the awesome folks at Jersey Barnfire Hot Sauce.
Made with three of my absolute favorite ingredients—savory bacon 🥓, smoky chipotle peppers 🌶️, and tangy yellow mustard 💛—this sounds like an incredible flavor combination!
The bottle says, "This sauce will drive you insane!" Well... as Freddie Mercury might say, "I'm Going Slightly Mad!" 😄
