Trapiche Cacao began years ago in our family restaurant kitchen, experimenting with freshly harvested cacao from our own farm.

What started with a simple manual grinder turned into years of dedication to crafting authentic bean-to-bar chocolate — honoring our land, our process, and our heritage.

Today, after years of experience and refinement, we are proud to bring our single-origin Venezuelan chocolate to the U.S.
