Join us at the library for today's Advocacy Cafe! We'll be set up from 11am-5pm and have all the materials you'll need to send messages to your elected officials. We even have some kid-friendly advocacy options so bring the whole family.

It's currently budget season in Philadelphia, and we need to remind our Councilmembers of the many ways our libraries make our neighborhoods stronger. Let's gather to ensure that our branches have all of the resources that they need to avoid closures and offer robust community programs.

We hit 5 years old today!!! Every year since we opened Hilltop Books we've been able to increase our support for the . This fiscal year we've spent nearly $43,000 directly supporting our branch! That goes a long way towards a better maintained building, better supported programs, and expanded opportunities at our library branch.

If you've shopped at Hilltop, attended one of our events, or come to a library program that we've sponsored, you're part of our story. You've made Hilltop's 1180 square ft (that includes our outdoor space) so familiar and so beloved that it feels like a literary home. Thank you for five years of support and community. Let's keep it going! 🥰
