It can be hard to triangulate the schedules of 15+ people, but our new volunteer coordinator Charlotte Morris organized an adorable taco night at LMNO successfully! 🌮 August’s hangout? Trivia at Philadelphia Brewing Company 🤓

Writers often hear the adage “poetry doesn’t sell” from industry professionals, when the reality is the opposite! Literary agent Eric Smith and poets Ali Trotta, Artress Bethany White, and Cordelia Jensen will discuss how to make your poetry collection appealing to agents & publishers.

Last night’s author event was a great one! Thank you to everyone who came out, and to Joe Osmundson Carina del Valle Schorske Joseph Earl Thomas for a rousing conversation that touched on MANY THINGS, including the village mindset, lack of structural support for families and what we could actually do as a society to support those who have or want children, as well as differentiating what makes a family legally vs practically.

We’ve got a lot of great author events coming up so STAY TUNED!

Since grade school, Joseph Osmundson dreamed of being pregnant. As he grew into the q***r scientist he is today, the economic precarity of academia and the warming planet led to his decision not to reproduce.
