Good morning everyone,

Welcome to November. The months are flying by. My next show is on the 14th at North Penn high-school from 9:30-4:30. So come on out and get that Christmas shopping done as we will have 95 artist/craftsmen there. There is something for everyone.

This weeks post is the third in this series. The Wolf is cut from 1/4" BB plywood with a 1/8" backer painted black. There's not much else I can say because the piece speaks for it self.

Good morning everyone,

We had a beautiful weekend and I want to thank all that came out to the show on Saturday. I got to meet several new people and sold some pieces of art.

This weeks post is the second of four in this series. The Tiger is cut from 1/4" BB plywood with a 1/8" backer painted black. Out of the four it has the most holes to cut. I really like the simplicity of these patterns but it still have the detail.

Good morning everyone,

The cool fall weather has hit here in Lansdale. We actually had to turn the heat on. We'll see how long I go before turning the heater on in the shop.

This weeks post is the first of four in this series. I saw these patterns and knew I wanted to cut them. The Lion is cut from 1/4" BB plywood with a 1/8" backer painted black. If you come out to Bishop Winery this Saturday you will be able to see the other three before they get posted.

Good morning everyone,

Here is the last design of the floating crosses. This one was different since it's all cut from one piece of 3/4" pine. Even though it may look easy it was more challenging than the other 2 designs.

Good morning everyone,

This weeks post is the second design of the floating cross. The frame goes all the way across instead of just half way like design #1. It is cut from 3/4" pine and then stained. There are magnets in the frame and top of the cross and fishing line holding it place at the bottom to make it float.

Good morning everyone,

I have something a little different for the next few weeks. This was not cut on the scroll saw but cut with the table saw and miter saw. This is the first of three designs. It is cut from 3/4" pine. The cross is 3/4" x 3/4". It stands about 10" tall with the base. I stained the cross and base different colors to make the cross stand out. There is a magnet in the arm above the cross and in the top of the cross. It is attached to fishing line at the bottom of the cross.

It was a beautiful day on Saturday and I want to thank everyone that came out to the Hummelstown Art Fest and a special thank you to all that bought something. You are helping keep small businesses alive.
