A little extra rest really can do something for your brain. Studies have shown that longer weekends and more flexible work schedules can help reduce stress and burnout while improving overall morale and well-being.

Mental health days aren’t “being lazy” sometimes your mind just needs a second to catch up.

✨Things a long weekend can help with:

〰️ lower stress levels
〰️ better focus + mood
〰️ more time to recharge socially and emotionally
〰️ less burnout energy

Whether today was a lot, tiring, sad, or a little deeper than that …

😊 Tomorrow will be better 〰️ if you said that today and today wasn’t better, say it again tomorrow, and Saturday and so on until that s**t is true.

A blessing that we receive daily is being able to wake up the next day and try again ⭐️. Trying again doesn’t always going to work out, but you always have tomorrow to look forward to.
