If you were employed at Sears for longer than 5 years, chances are that there is a pension waiting for you at retirement. Google "Sears Holdings" where you will find an "alumni" web site with benefit links and contact information. It would be worthwhile for you to at least register, so that you can keep your address, phone number, and beneficiary information current.
