Plants can be very simple to care for, chexk out some of these easy tips!

1. β˜€οΈ Give them the right light β€” Most houseplants love bright, indirect sunlight. Avoid placing them directly against hot, sunny windows unless they enjoy full sun.
2. πŸ’§ Don’t overwater! β€” One of the biggest causes of houseplant problems is too much water. Check the soil before watering.
3. 🌱 Let the soil dry when needed β€” Stick your finger about an inch into the soil. If it feels dry, it may be time to water.
4. πŸͺ΄ Make sure your pot drains β€” Drainage holes help prevent soggy roots and root rot.

We have standard yellows in almost all year long while the unique varieties start to come in around late August through November.

The common sunflower is a tall, coarse, fast-growing annual plant in the daisy family Asteraceae. Native to North America, it features rough, hairy stems, large green leaves, and bright yellow flower heads with dark centers that grow up to 10 feet tall!

Warm-season annual
Height: 2 to 10 feet
Bloom Time: Summer to fall (July through October)
Sunlight: Full sun
Native Range: North America and Mexico

Young buds face east and track the sun during the day (heliotropism). Mature flowers stay facing east.

β˜€οΈ Thrives in full sun and dry or poor soil. It is very tough and handles drought well.

Seeds are harvested worldwide to make cooking oil, birdseed, and human snacks. πŸ˜‹

🐝 Attracts bees, butterflies, and seed-eating birds like goldfinches.

Typical price range $2.50- $7 a stem depending on variety.

Prairie gentianβ€”most commonly known as Lisianthus (or Lizzy as we call it!) is a striking herbaceous plant native to the warm regions of North and South America.
It features large, rose-like bell-shaped flowers in shades mostly of purple, pink, white and grows 1 to 3 feet tall.

Hardy in USDA Zones 8–10; frequently grown as a tender annual in colder regions.

Highly popular as a long-lasting cut flower for bouquets and special events.

Flowers from mid-summer through the fall frost.

Generally considered non-toxic to humans and pets, making it a safe garden alternative.

Prices typically range from $4- $7 a stem.
