Happy Father's Day 🏔️

Now I never had what you'd call a traditional dad. Mine was mostly absent, a few footprints, and a whole lot of "figure it out yourself, son."

But I've watched plenty of good ones around these parts. The kind who teach a kid to bait a hook before they teach 'em to tie a shoe. Who show up to every Little League game even after a double shift. Who pass down a love for this land like it's the family Bible.

That's the real stuff. Not the ties, not the grills, not the "World's Best Dad" mugs (though I hear those go over well).

So to every dad, stepdad, grandpa, and uncle who showed up when it counted — Montana tips its hat to you today.

Quick Tuesday math for you. 💰

A few raffle tickets at Boots in the 'Burg on July 11 could mean you walk home with half the pot in cash. The other half goes straight to supporting Philipsburg's Kiddie Parade and Light Parade — two of the sweetest traditions this town has, the kind of thing that makes kids' whole summers.

Think about it: you've got literally nothing to lose and a real shot at winning, while also making sure those parades keep happening for years to come. That's about as good a deal as you're going to find on a Saturday in July.

Tickets are available the night of the show. Grab a handful. Somebody's going home a winner — it might as well be you.
