Our hours of operation are Monday through Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM and on Sundays it is from 10 AM to 5 PM buy appointment only. I will stress this again. It is by appointment. Only if you don’t have an appointment, you will not be able to pick up your items, and we’ve been getting some complaints from my building manager. I’ve been getting complaints from you the customer and I do apologize on both ends, but because the staffing shortages I do not have somebody at the building all the time anymore.

Just to remind everyone that pick ups are by appointment only apparently some customers have been showing up wanting to pick up items with no appointments. If you don’t have an appointment, you will not be able to pick up your items you have to have an appointment to pick up your items we no longer have people on staff because of staffing shortages on staff all day long for you to pick up your items you have to make an appointment and then I will meet you there, I’m sorry if that causes inconvenience for some customers because of staffing shortages pick ups are by appointment only and if you could give a 24 hour notice for pick ups, that would be the best
