This client had a strand of her mother’s pearls which had broken and were going unworn… I restrung the pearls with playful green silk cord (her idea!), and we added the hand-sculpted Prayer Necklace clasp, giving them a more modern look. I’m in love with the outcome! Thanks Jen 💚

I’ve always been drawn to blobby, amorphous, bulbous forms (even looking at my college ceramics work, it’s there)… Talisman’s rings have a wonderfully soft, smooth, yet substantial feel, each with that signature undulating form as the through line. In a world of AI-and-computer-algorithm-generated-everything, making tiny sculptures in gold with my own two hands, in a totally analog way, feels like a powerful antidote. What a joy to get to do this for a living… I’m incredibly lucky to have so many beautiful humans to do this work for. Thank you, truly! heavylight____ stopped by the studio the other day, and captured a bit of that magic - carving wax models by hand for the lost-wax casting process, which will eventually become solid gold. Major transformational periods require calling in support… the Held Necklace came through to me in a meditation a few years ago, as a giant hand holding me in the sky. The mantra that came with it was, “I am safe, I am held, I am free.” I still use it to this day.

Custom wedding set, using the client’s own heirloom diamonds in the channel-set band, and a near-flawless, D, 1.5ct, natural, reclaimed pear cut I found for them in the bulbous solitaire. Completely hand-sculpted and handmade in recycled 14k gold with reiki blessings. Shout out to Mathieu for the assistance with this special project! I think I’m in love 😻
