THE FUTURE OF HOUSING LEADERSHIP IN ARIZONA STARTS NOW

Housing decisions shape more than transactions, they shape safety, stability, opportunity, and long-term community outcomes.

After months of development, Janice’s Women’s Center is preparing to launch THE ARIZONA HOUSING, SAFETY & STABILITY RESOURCE GUIDE, a new 283-page educational curriculum created to strengthen awareness around housing stability, trauma-informed communication, ethical practice, court-influenced housing transitions, community resource navigation, and professional leadership.

This initiative was built for Realtors®, Brokers, Property Managers, Housing Professionals, Attorneys, Community Partners, and those committed to building stronger communities across Arizona.

We are currently inviting sponsors and partners to help move this curriculum into the hands of professionals across our state.

Sponsor Levels:
$100 Supporter, $250 Community Partner
$500 Education Champion, $1,500 Launch Sponsor + Strategic Partnership Recognition

A $1,500 sponsorship is more than support, it is partnership. Your investment helps prepare for our July 11 event (2:00 PM–4:00 PM | Phoenix), expands curriculum distribution, supports educational access, strengthens community outreach efforts, and helps convene housing leaders in one room to advance awareness and solutions.

Attendees will include Realtors, Brokers, Property Managers, Housing Leaders, Community Partners, and professionals committed to creating stronger housing outcomes.

THE GUIDE IS FINISHED. NOW THE MOVEMENT BEGINS.

What if housing professionals had more than transactions to guide communities?

What if education became the bridge between housing, stability, awareness, and stronger outcomes across Arizona?

Janice’s Women’s Center is proud to launch the Arizona Housing & Safety Initiative through the release of the Arizona Housing, Safety & Stability Resource Guide, a new professional educational curriculum created to strengthen awareness around housing stability, family transitions, ethical professional practice, and community impact.

Our goal is simple but ambitious: place this curriculum into the hands of Arizona housing professionals, brokers, lenders, attorneys, policymakers, and future industry leaders.

We are inviting 100 individuals and businesses to become Founding Supporters of this statewide educational initiative.

Every purchase matters. Every donation matters. Every sponsorship matters.

Your investment supports curriculum distribution, educational access, outreach, printing, future training opportunities, and continued advocacy that helps move communities from awareness to action.

This is more than a guide.

This is infrastructure for change.

NEW. POWERFUL. PURPOSE-DRIVEN.

Introducing The Arizona Housing, Safety & Stability Resource Guide, a new professional curriculum created to help strengthen communities through education, awareness, and housing stability.

Housing is more than a transaction.

It can represent safety. Recovery. Stability. A second chance. A fresh start.

Every day, real estate professionals, brokers, property managers, housing leaders, and community partners are invited into some of the most important moments in people’s lives, moments that often extend far beyond contracts and closing tables.

This guide was created to bridge that gap.

Produced by Janice’s Women’s Center, this resource was designed to equip professionals with greater awareness, practical tools, community resources, and a deeper understanding of the connection between housing, safety, and long-term stability.

Every purchase matters. Every donation matters.
Every sponsorship matters.

Your support helps us:

✔ Expand educational programs
✔ Develop and distribute curriculum
✔ Increase domestic violence awareness
✔ Strengthen housing stability efforts
✔ Support outreach and community education
✔ Build stronger, safer communities

This movement starts with education.

And education starts with people willing to invest in change.

The first 50 individuals to register will receive:
• Access to hear from our highlighted speaker
• Time to connect with our team and Founder, Shante Saulsberry
• A copy of the new guide

Be among the first to experience this new initiative and help bring this work into communities across Arizona.

Order. Donate. Sponsor. Share.

Together, we can create impact that lasts far beyond a single event.

WHEN HOME STOPS FEELING SAFE

A powerful conversation is coming to Arizona.

On July 11, Janice's Women's Center will bring together realtors, brokers, mortgage lenders, property managers, housing professionals, advocates, and community leaders for an educational event focused on one critical question:

What happens when housing becomes a barrier to safety?

This event will explore the connection between housing, domestic violence, financial abuse, and housing instability while providing resources and education designed to strengthen support for survivors throughout Arizona.

We are honored to have a very special guest speaker joining us, and we will be sharing more details soon.

We are currently seeking donors and sponsors to help us develop educational materials and resources for attendees.

A home is more than a transaction. A home is safety.

🚨 ARIZONA, WE NEED COMMUNITY NOW MORE THAN EVER 🚨

This Saturday, Janice’s Women’s Center is bringing together survivors, advocates, business owners, healthcare leaders, legal professionals, community organizations, MEN, WOMEN, and everyday people for an impactful evening focused on awareness, prevention, education, healing, and resources surrounding domestic violence in Arizona.

Volunteers spent today traveling across the valley securing life-saving resources, brochures, support tools, and community connections that will fill this room and help strengthen pathways to safety and support for those in need.

This is not just an event.
This is community activation.

As a business owner myself, I know what it means when your business becomes more than business, it becomes community. Janice Vaincre Boutique and Janice’s Women’s Center were both built with that same purpose in mind: to create impact beyond profit.

So today, from one business owner to another:
I need you.

If you cannot attend, please consider making a $50 donation.
If you are a business owner, please consider a $250 sponsorship to help make this event a success and help us truly move the needle for Arizona.

Your donation goes directly toward the impact, resources, outreach, and success of this event.
