Located in sunny Phoenix, Arizona, HALO Animal Rescue Thrift Boutique is HALO's one and only thrift store helping to provide monetary support, through generous donations which help support and care for the animals under our wings. HALO is a safety net for thousands of homeless dogs and cats each year.
