Arrow Pawn and Jewelry is a family owned and operated pawn shop in Phoenix, AZ. We have been in business since 1994. We strive to provide excellent customer service to our customers. This is a fun and friendly work environment where teamwork and a positive attitude is a necessity.

Job Responsibilities:
-- Communication and People Skills
-- Merchandise Knowledge
-- Team Player

Job Duties:
-- Assist the management team in determining the value of incoming and outgoing merchandise
-- Maintain and protect company and customers assets
-- Provide and ensure premier customer service through sales and lending activities
-- Effectively execute the sales process and lending practice
-- Answer phone calls from customers with questions
-- Help maintain a retail ready store
-- Procedural duties include but are not limited to: writing loan and buy transactions, pricing and displaying merchandise, filing, processing inventory forfeits, cleaning items, carrying items to and from the warehouse, and other duties assigned by store management

Job Qualifications:
-- Pawn experience is a plus, but not necessary
-- Minimum 2 years sales experience
-- Cash handling
-- Must pass background check and drug test
-- High School Diploma
-- Potential employees must have a positive attitude and work well with the existing team members
-- Bilingual Preferred: Spanish

Employment Type: Part-time and Full-time available

Salary: Negotiable
