Cohills Building Specialties, Inc In 1983, Mike & Karen Cohill purchased Building Specialties, a then existing 33 year business.

Although Cohills has expanded our product line quite extensively over the past 30 years, our primary specialty is still decorative concrete products. Cohills specializes in Decorative Concrete Products and we ship nationwide to all 50 states including Canada and Mexico. Love getting feedback and photos from our customers!! Here’s one of a recent Acid Stain job from Bradley Hartwig!

“Picked up some pro series stain this week for my new house basement. 3 gals of Atomic Blue, 1 gal of Aged Bronze and 3 little bottles of Toasted Almond.

Application went great Tuesday night. We sprinkled on some Miracle Gro and had fun layering the colors to look like a Carribean Archipelago.

Attached are photos of it after neutralizing and wash-off then after the first coat of sealant.

Thanks for the great product and good advice on application.”
