Some orders don't ship the way the product arrives.

Kitting and light assembly happen on our floor. Components come in separately, get combined into the configuration you actually sell, and go out as one unit under one SKU. Retail displays built out before they ship. Promotional bundles put together for a campaign. Parts matched into a service kit so the tech in the field opens one box instead of four.

It's the kind of work that quietly eats an afternoon when your own team does it between other jobs. It's a lot cheaper to do where the inventory already lives.

The cheapest problem to fix is the one you catch at the door.

Every inbound shipment gets received and inspected before it goes anywhere. Piece count against the paperwork. Condition of the cartons. Damage that happened somewhere between the shipper and our dock. If something's short or crushed, you hear about it that day, while the claim is still worth filing.

The alternative is finding out six weeks later, when an order comes up two units short and nobody can say where it went wrong.

Receiving is unglamorous work. It's also where most inventory problems either start or get stopped.

A sea container shows up sealed, packed floor to ceiling, and nobody's counted a thing yet.

We take those at our Phoenix docks. The container gets unloaded, the contents get counted against the manifest, and what's inside moves into racking, onto shelves, or straight back onto an outbound trailer if it's already spoken for.

Import volume is the part of a supply chain most likely to land at an awkward time. Having somewhere to put it that isn't your own dock is usually what keeps the rest of the week on schedule.

The busiest stretch of the year is easier to handle when you see it coming. Good inventory planning uses your own sales history to tell you what you'll need in 30, 60, and 90 days, so you order smart instead of reacting. With Q4 on the horizon, now is the stretch to review your fastest and slowest movers and stage inventory before the rush, not during it. We help businesses across Phoenix and the Southwest do exactly that.

Not every warehouse is built to move at your pace. Before you sign, look at whether the dock has the capacity to handle inbound and outbound at once, whether you get real-time visibility into what shipped and when, and whether one team manages storage, handling, and distribution together. Those three things separate a partner who keeps freight moving from one who becomes another thing to manage.

Keeping fulfillment in-house feels cheaper right up until you add it all up: rent, racking, equipment, software, retail shipping rates, and the hours you spend managing it. A 3PL folds those into one line with negotiated carrier pricing and systems already running. The honest comparison usually looks different than the gut estimate. We're happy to lay the numbers out so the call is based on real cost, not guesswork.

The back room worked fine for a while. Then the boxes started stacking past the shelves, someone spent an afternoon looking for a pallet, and a shipment went out late because nobody could find it. Those are the quiet signs an operation has outgrown its own storage. Moving product into a managed warehouse gives your team the floor back and puts your inventory somewhere it can actually be tracked.

B2B and B2C orders leave the building differently. A B2B shipment might be a few pallets to a retailer's dock on a set schedule. A B2C order is one box to one doorstep, today. The picking, packing, and paperwork behind each are not the same, and a setup built for one can quietly slow the other. We run both under one roof and tailor the workflow to how your orders actually go out.
