We have properties where we start with one part of landscaping or another and then progress or jump to others.

Here we helped a great guy who I call friend & like minded lawn lover when we helped with their sod install several months ago and he was ready for a leveling. He scalped it with his reel mower and we then aerated and leveled/top dressed with a 50/50 blend of fine screened compost & mortar sand that we offer & these are the results after 10 days

Not only do help improve a property with beautiful shade and fruit trees & new sod lawns but we also dial in, dial up & bring ugly lawns back to life.

This may not be a purists’ ideal shape for a Palo Verde. Who can argue with that but then again who can argue with the functionality that has been given to this beautiful Palo Verde?

We see Palo Verdes all over Phoenix metro snapping and toppling rootball (what little ones they have) & all due to poor cultural practices by both commercial and residential landscapers. Poor installations, poor irrigation set up and poor water cycle programming and thoughtless pruning.

This one hasn’t lost a major branch in 3 years. It provides amazing shade for birds and rabbits and shields the home from the west setting sun.

We will be bold and say this is a beautiful Palo Verde ( kept by APEX Microclimate Gardens ~ Tropical & Desertscapes) that is holding up to the tests monsoon season throws at it every year.
