❤️ THE FACE BEHIND THE SMALL BUSINESS

You see the name on the building. You see the storefront. You see the appliances.

But this is the face behind it. And these two are two of the biggest reasons I fight so hard to keep this business going. I didn't just decide one day to own a small business, I grew up in this business. I've been in this store since I was 6 years old, playing "the white tiles are lava" while my family worked. 😂

I eventually took over our family business, and now I'm raising my own children while running the same business I grew up in. That's why supporting small businesses means so much to me. When you support a small business, you're supporting a person, a family, a dream, and sometimes generations of hard work. And when you shop with us, I'm not some owner sitting behind a desk somewhere. I'm here. I'm on the sales floor, I'm answering the phones, I'm helping customers, I'm solving problems, I'm talking to you face-to-face. You can still walk through our doors and find the owner right there.

But the truth is, small businesses need their communities.
So when you need an appliance, come see us.
When someone you know needs one, send them our way.
If you've had a great experience, leave us a review.
Share our posts. Recommend us. Tell a friend.
Those little things make a HUGE difference.
Because this isn't just a business to me.
It's my family's history. It's my childhood. It's my livelihood. And now, it's part of the life I'm building for my children. To everyone who has supported us, recommended us, reviewed us, shared our posts, or trusted us with your business:
Thank you. Truly.
Small businesses don't just need customers.
We need communities.
And we're incredibly lucky to have ours. ❤️

Tonight was all about celebrating an amazing team!

I treated my team to dinner at The Drift, a wonderful new local business on Bridge Street here in Phoenixville. The food was absolutely excellent, but the company was even better!

It was so nice to step away from the store for an evening, enjoy some good food and laughs, and most importantly, say THANK YOU to the people who kept everything running while I was on maternity leave. I truly couldn’t have done it without them.

I’m so grateful for this team and all of the hard work, dedication, and extra effort they put in while I was home with my babies. It means more to me than they probably realize. 💙

If you haven’t checked out The Drift yet, definitely add it to your list! We had such a wonderful evening.

Great food, great company, and an even greater team.

A little update from us! ❤️

We will be **CLOSED for the next two Sundays** to give our amazing team some much-deserved time with their families.

While I've been on maternity leave soaking up these precious moments with Finley and Greyson, my team has truly stepped up in a big way. They've been working extra hard and putting in extra hours to keep everything running smoothly, and I am so incredibly grateful for each of them. They absolutely deserve this time to rest and enjoy their own families. ❤️

We also want to give a huge THANK YOU to all of our amazing clients for your patience, understanding, and continued support while we've been down a team member. Your kindness and loyalty mean more to us than you know!

🇺🇸 **Don't forget about our Labor Day deals!** 🇺🇸 Be sure to stop in and take advantage of the specials while they're here!

Thank you for supporting our small business and the people behind it. We appreciate you all so much! ❤️

See you soon!

39 weeks, 6 days... and still on the sales floor. ❤️
If you've stopped in this week, you've probably seen me waddling around the showroom. 😅 Baby boy is due tomorrow, but that's the reality of small business life... you show up because this business isn't just where I work—it's part of my family.

In just a few days, I'll be stepping away for a few weeks to soak up every precious moment with my toddler and our newest little guy. While I'll definitely miss seeing all of you, I couldn't leave without saying thank you.

Thank you to every customer who has chosen to support our family-owned business over the years. Every appliance you purchase from us helps support not only my family, but the incredible team that makes Appliance Alliance what it is.

I'm also unbelievably grateful for that team. ❤️ They are more than capable of keeping everything running while I'm home, and I know they'll continue taking amazing care of you.

I do have one small favor to ask: please be patient if you need to leave a voicemail, send an email, or wait a little longer than usual for a salesperson. With one less person in the store for a bit, things may move a little slower at times—but I promise, someone will get back to you and take great care of you.

Thank you for all the prayers, well wishes, encouragement, and excitement you've shared with our family. It truly means more than you know.
Now... let's see if this little guy decides to make his appearance on his due date! 💙👶

If you've ever supported a small business, give this post a ❤️ or share it. It means the world to families like ours.

Don't forget to support the Kimberton Fair this week!!

The Kimberton Fair has always held a special place in my heart ♥️

I still remember going as a kid in the late 90s when my Dad had an Appliance Alliance booth at the fair. While he was busy talking appliances, I was off making memories on the rides, playing games, and soaking up everything that makes the fair so special.

Fast forward all these years, and it was so much fun taking Grey to experience those same rides, games and traditions. Seeing it through his eyes brought back so many great memories. And yes.. Even with baby #2 due any day now, it was absolutely worth the trip!

🇺🇸 BIGGEST SALE OF THE SUMMER 🇺🇸

Before you buy from a big box store this 4th of July, we have one question...

Why not keep your money local?

For 30 years, our family has been helping families throughout Phoenixville and the surrounding communities find the right appliances at the right price. And here's something many people don't realize:

✅ We offer the SAME sale pricing as the big box stores
✅ We have access to the SAME rebates and promotions
✅ We provide expert guidance from people who actually know the products
✅ We offer professional delivery and installation
✅ And when you call, you're talking to a local team that genuinely cares

This isn't just our biggest sale of the summer—it's your chance to support a local family business that has proudly called Downtown Phoenixville home for THREE DECADES.

In a world where it's easier than ever to click "Add to Cart," we're grateful that so many of you continue to choose personal service, local expertise, and a business that reinvests in the community we all love.

Our 4th of July Sale is happening NOW through July 8th.

If you've been considering a new refrigerator, washer, dryer, dishwasher, range, or grill, now is the time.

If you've purchased from us before, tell us in the comments how long you've been shopping with us. We'd love to hear your stories! ❤️
