I have private office/retail space available in my building in downtown Pickerington at 38 N. Center St. It’s the white building next to the Train Station and catty corner to Combustion Brewery.

I’m posting here first because most of my GURUmicro Facebook followers have been in my shop and are familiar with my location.

Approximate price for the available 230 sq ft of office space plus an additional 115 sq ft of storage space in the finished basement will be $450/mo. total with utilities included.

My business entrance is located in the front of the building as shown in 1st photo. The available office space is pictured and is entered from the back of the building.

The available office is approximately 18’x11’ with a nook that is 4’x3.5’ and entryway/mudroom that is 7’x4.5’. Private 1/2 bath also in the space. Your office would be accessed through the back “deck” entrance with 4 car parking in rear lot and street parking also available.

Wheelchair and handicapped access available through the front entrance for your clients if needed.

Included is 7’x16’ basement storage space in the finished basement (not pictured).

I have (5) iPhone 7's available for sale that were part of a corporate inventory purchase that I recently made. All are in like new condition, 32GB, factory unlocked and batteries are all still reading between 95% to 100% original health capacity.

They run iOS 15.x.x. Most of them look like they were not ever placed into service. I also have free Otterbox Defender cases for them if you want one. Make great kids phones or inexpensive Apple phone option for anyone! $99 each or 2 for $175!

I have quite a few iPhone SE 2nd gen 2020 in stock. All are in excellent condition and include a free Otterbox Defender case. These are the same size as the iPhone 7 and 8 series, but have the same processor or “brain” as the iPhone 11 Pro Max. This is one of the few models of an iPhone that still has a home button (with Touch ID) that also can run the latest 2024 Apple iOS 17 software. All are 64GB and with good batteries and unlocked to work on any carrier. Prices range from $120-$150 depending on overall condition and battery health. $175. I have a used iPad 8th Generation (2020) 32GB with a 10.2" screen for sale. It will run the newest iOS 17.x.x. The reason its at about 1/2 price (These typically sell in the $300 range) is because the finger print reader does not work (the home button itself still works fine) and it has a few little scratches on the edge of the LCD screen (see close up photo, lower left corner along the very edge of LCD in the blue colored area).

This was a traded in device that the glass screen had been shattered on and the person had tried to repair it themselves and broke the touch ID and scratched the LCD a little in the process. I have gone over it thoroughly and refurbished it properly.

Would make an excellent kids iPad for games or a low cost option on a relatively recent 2020 model iPad for anyone!
